Directions to the North Haven Office

From I-91, North & South:

Exit 10 onto Route 40, then Exit 1. Turn left onto Devine Street.  Campus is on the right*.

From Wilbur Cross Parkway (Route 15) South:

Exit 63; turn left onto Hartford Turnpike, left onto Devine Street.  Campus is on the left*.

From Wilbur Cross Parkway (Route 15) North:

Exit 63; turn right onto Bishop Street, right onto State Street.  Campus is on the right (State Street entrance).

*Once on the Devine Street Campus, take a right at the first stop sign, then follow the signs to building 4A.

The North Haven office can also be accessed via State Street.

Directions to the Guilford Office

From I-95 North:
Exit 58; turn left onto CT-77 N (Church St/Durham Rd). After 0.2 miles, turn right into Guilford Glen Medical Campus.  Building 3 is at the rear of the complex.

From I-95 South:
Exit 58; turn right onto CT-77 N (Church St/Durham Rd). After 0.2 miles, turn right into Guilford Glen Medical Campus.  Building 3 is at the rear of the complex.
